During and After Sales Service

• We work with English speaking solicitors

• Assistance in opening an external bank account

• Assistance in obtaining a residence permit

• All manner of repair and maintenance, from fixing a leaking tap to installing a new kitchen

• Internet and telephone connection

• Water, electricity and other services will be supplied under your name after the purchase of a property. We will guide you through all the necessary procedures.

• Furnishing and decoration of your new home. We will advise and guide you through purchasing furniture, curtains, carpets and any other items for your home

• In case of the wish to let your property while you are not present, we provide rental services

• To make sure you feel absolutely at home, we will help you with finding your way to all the important stores, the good restaurants, bike/car hire shops, tour guides, etc.

• Cleaning and laundry service

• Garden and pool care

• House watchers and security service

• We will find the lowest prices on flights to and from Turkey for you

• We arrange transport services to and from the airport for you or your guests/renters

All our services will be supplied on request and some of the services will incur charges.
